What is a rental car day?
When you call a rental company or visit one of their Web sites to book a rental car, the rate you pay is based on the exact combination of pick-up and drop-off dates and times that you ask for. The same applies for rental car booked through Jetsetz.com. The price you pay per day is only valid for the dates and times you specify when you make your request on our Web site.
How do I book a rental car for someone else?
If you are booking a rental car for yourself and another traveler, you can add their Name and Traveler Information in the Traveler Information Section of the Check-out page. The Traveler Information Section is also where you can add your Rental Car Rewards account information. Please remember the traveler must be 25 to rent a car in the United States.
How do I know if my rental car booking has been completed?
As soon as the booking process is complete, we will send an email to the address entered during check-out to confirm your rental car booking. You can confirm your Itinerary online by following these steps:

Do I pay for the rental car when I book the reservation?
No, the rental is not charged to your credit card. Jetsetz.com simply makes a rental car reservation for you. Your credit card will not be charged until you your return the rental car.
Please note: Some rental car companies may charge a deposit if you rent a premier car or a car for an extended period of time.
What is the age restriction for renting a rental car?
The minimum age that a driver can rent a car without paying an additional age differential charge in the US is 25. For customers between the ages of 21 to 24, most rental car companies will charge an additional age differential charge of $15 - $27 per day (depending on the company, city and class of rental car). This additional surcharge will be added to the normal rental rate and will be charged by the rental car company at the time of check-in.
When will I be charged for my rental car reservation?
You are simply making a rental car reservation with Jetsetz.com that is being sent to the Rental Car Company. Your credit card will not be charged until you return the vehicle.
How do I review or confirm my rental car reservation?
Go to the Jetsetz homepage, and click on the "My Itineraries" link at the top right corner of every page. Your receipt and full itinerary will be right there for you to print and will include the name and address of the rental car company and a complete breakdown of your charges.
What if I have not received my confirmation email with my booking reference code?
Once you have completed the online request, you will instantaneously receive an email acknowledging your rental car reservation which will include a Booking Reference Code. If you don’t receive this email, you may have entered your email address incorrectly or your email server has routed the email to a spam/junk folder. Some of the large ISP’s such as AOL, GMAIL, EARTHLINK, YAHOO, and HOTMAIL have a problem with this. If you have not received an email from us confirming your Reservation Request, please call our Help desk at 855-538-7389 between the hours of 8 am & 6 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) and we will solve the problem for you.
Can I rent a car if I am not a U.S. resident?
If the driver of the car is not a U.S. resident, the driver must present a valid International driver's license at the rental counter when renting a car in the U.S.
